Foundational Leadership Skills
​Foundational Leadership Skills is the first section of Leadership Legion. This is for 3rd-5th Grade/Novice Stage & Advanced Stage. This section is about the kids training to be leaders by completing the first four themes of Leadership Legion. Listening for 3rd Grade/Novice Stage, Communication for 4th Grade/Advanced Stage, Coaching & Collaboration for 5th Grade/Advanced Stage. These illustrate how foundational leadership skills evolve as children become more developed and integrated into their interactions and problem-solving approaches.
Building Leadership Skills
​Building Leadership Skills is the upcoming second section of Leadership Legion. This is starting with 6th Grade/Competent. This section will be about the kids building their leadership skills to improve their leadership skills starting with the fifth and sixth themes of Leadership Legion. Dance Class & Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, & Mathematics (S.T.E.A.M.) for 6th Grade/Competent Stage. They will also be wearing ties as part of the section. This will start developing with the special needs movement and revolution.
